A: You can start shopping for all your holiday needs beginning Sunday, December 15. Build your basket with essentials for Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s Eve, or any celebration you’re planning.

A: Starting December 15, you can schedule deliveries until Tuesday, December 24. Additional dates for Hanukkah and New Year’s Eve will open as the holiday season progresses.

A: Typically, as a customer, you have the option to deny or accept substitutes on each order. This will be true for orders delivered before December 20, but from December 22-24, all customers will be given automatic substitutions, meaning that if something you ordered is not available, we will select the best possible alternative.
